 Terms of Service (T&Cs)

1.1 INDIAN SINGLES SOCIAL EVENTS: Client Service Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending our events, you (the “Attendee”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

Attendance is entirely at your own risk. The Organiser, Indian Singles Social, accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or harm sustained by you or your property, howsoever caused, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, exposure to illness (including COVID-19), or theft.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, and venue(s) shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect loss or damage,

• Consequential, special, or punitive damages,

• Loss of enjoyment or anticipated benefit from the event.

This applies whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise.

 

3. Third Parties & Venue Responsibility

Events may involve third-party suppliers (e.g., venues, caterers, security). The Organiser is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third party. Any claims relating to venue facilities, accessibility, or conduct of venue staff should be directed to the venue operator.

 

4. Event Changes, Force Majeure & Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• Make reasonable alterations to the event (e.g., time, content, location);

• Cancel, reschedule, or terminate the event due to Force Majeure (including severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or any event beyond our control).

Where events are cancelled or rescheduled, the Organiser’s liability is limited to ticket price refund only (excluding booking fees or associated travel/accommodation costs), subject to applicable refund policy.

 

5. Conduct, Safety, and Ejection

The Organiser has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse entry to or eject any individual without refund,

• Remove individuals causing disruption, danger, or discomfort to others,

• Report serious incidents to authorities.

Attendees must comply with all security, health, and safety instructions on-site.

 

6. Post-Event Interaction & Dating Events Disclaimer

For events involving social networking, dating, or introductions between attendees:

• The Organiser acts solely as the facilitator of the event and does not conduct background checks, verify identities, or vet attendees.

• You are solely responsible for your interactions, both during and after the event.

• The Organiser disclaims all liability for any harm, dispute, or incident arising from continued contact between attendees after the event, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, assault, or emotional distress.

• If you experience inappropriate conduct during an event, please alert event staff immediately. For incidents occurring after the event, you should report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

By attending, you agree to take reasonable caution in your interactions and acknowledge that all post-event contact is at your own risk.

 

7. Media, Photography & Promotional Use

We love capturing the energy at our events! By attending any of our events, you consent to photos and videos being taken and used across our websites, social media channels, and promotional or marketing materials, including paid advertising.

If you prefer not to be prominently featured, please let the host know at the start of the event and we will do our best to accommodate this. However, by attending, you agree that you may still appear incidentally in group or background footage, which may also be included in promotional content or paid advertising.

 

8. Alcohol and Consumption

Please drink responsibly at our events. Attendees are responsible for their own actions and choices regarding alcohol consumption.

 

9. Health & Safety Compliance

All attendees must comply with current UK public health guidance and any additional safety measures in place at the event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who fail to comply with safety protocols.

 

10. Age & Entry Requirements

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they meet the advertised age or identification requirements. The Organiser is not responsible for denied entry due to failure to meet such conditions.

 

11. Event Details

Event details provided are subject to change, and the Indian Singles Social holds no liability for any discrepancies between the event description and the actual occurrence.

 

12. Behaviour and Respect

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. The Indian Singles Social and hosts are not responsible for the behaviour or actions of individual attendees. Any disputes or issues between attendees are solely the responsibility of those involved.

 

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not attend or purchase a ticket. Attendance constitutes full acceptance.

 

1.2 ISS MATCHMAKING: Client Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Indian Singles Social ("the Agency") and the undersigned ("the Client").

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The flier is enrolling in a tier of service provided by Indian Singles Social (The Access, The Signature, or The Elite Search).
⁃ Deliverables: The specific services, consultation rights, and search parameters for the chosen tier are as defined on the Agency’s official website at the time of purchase.
- Modifications: Indian Singles Social reserves the right to modify, update, or change the specific offerings, perks, and features of any membership tier at any time to ensure the highest standard of service for the community.
⁃ Engagement: By completing the payment, the Client commissions the Agency to perform the professional consultancy and search protocols associated with that tier.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
The integrity of Indian Singles Social relies on absolute discretion.
⁃ Client Obligation: The Client agrees that all information, photographs, and identities of potential matches shared by the Agency are strictly confidential. Any disclosure of match details to third parties, or on social media platforms, constitutes a material breach of this contract and will result in immediate termination of service.
⁃ Mutual Privacy: The Agency agrees to handle the Client’s personal data with the highest level of professional discretion, sharing details only with vetted potential matches as part of the introduction process.

3. FEES & REFUND POLICY
⁃ Professional Fees: All fees paid to Indian Singles Social are professional service fees for the Agency’s expertise, time, and resource allocation.
⁃ Non-Refundability: Due to the bespoke nature of the consultancy and the immediate initiation of search and vetting protocols, all fees are non-refundable once the initial consultation has been conducted or the search phase has commenced.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
Indian Singles Social is a provider of introductions, not outcomes. While the Agency provides high-caliber matches based on the criteria discussed, the Agency does not guarantee a specific number of introductions, a fixed timeline for results, or the ultimate success of any relationship or marriage.

5. CLIENT CONDUCT & DATA VERIFICATION
⁃ Accuracy: The Client warrants that all information provided regarding their identity, profession, and marital status is accurate and truthful.
⁃ Verification: The Agency reserves the right to request identity verification (e.g., LinkedIn or Government ID) to maintain the safety and standards of the network.
⁃ Conduct: Any disrespectful, harassing, or dishonest conduct toward the Agency or its matches will result in the immediate forfeiture of the Client’s membership without a refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Indian Singles Social acts solely as an intermediary. The Agency is not liable for the personal conduct, safety, or actions of any individuals during or after the introduction process. All meetings and interactions are undertaken at the Client’s own discretion and risk.
